1.Product brief introduction
The infrared imaging gas detection module is based on the "fingerprint" characteristics of gases in the infrared absorption spectrum. It uses infrared imaging technology to achieve imaging detection of gas leakage in hazardous areas, enabling timely imaging display of the gas leakage area, rapid understanding of the gas diffusion trend, and precise location of the leakage source.

3. Product parameter
Infrared imaging gas detection module index are as follows:
Note:
[1] : Infrared imaging gas monitoring module prototype products are mainly methane leakage monitoring, in addition to methane can also detect a variety of hydrocarbons and VOC gases;
[2]: The operating temperature of the camera is limited by the operating temperature of the infrared detector, which requires thermal control design;
4.Product characteristics
Can achieve a variety of gas detection:
- Alkane gases: methane, ethane, propane, butane, n-pentane, isopentane, etc.
- Olefin gases: ethylene, propylene, butadiene, etc.
- Aromatic hydrocarbon gas: benzene, toluene, xylene;
- Others: methanol, ethanol, acetic acid, etc.
- Wide monitoring area;
Quantitative visualization of gas leakage;
Quickly locate the source of the leak;

5.User of the product
Infrared gas leakage imaging module can realize all-day monitoring of dangerous gas leakage scenes such as petrochemical industry and natural gas, stably output gas imaging video in the monitoring area and quantitative data such as the concentration distribution and diffusion trend of leaking gas, and cover the whole scene through networking, fast alarm in case of gas leakage, and lock the leak source.
