Xilinx's Kintex UltraScale series FPGA XCKU060-2FFVA1156 is used as the main control chip of the board. Onboard two 64-bit DDR4 SDRAM units, each with a capacity of 2GB, can run stably at 2400MT/s. Supports PCIE Gen3 x8 mode and one FMC HPC port. At the same time can provide Windows, Linux PC driver.
