一、Overview of the board
Xilinx UltraScale+16 nm VU3P chip (XCVU3P-2FFVC1517I) is used as the main control chip of the board. Two 64-bit on-board DDR4 SDRAM supports IOX16 or JTAG ports, PCIe X16 ReV3.0 and FMC+ expansion ports. The board provides a standard FMC+ interface, which complies with ANSI/VITA 57.4 standard, and can flexibly select FMC+ or FMC sub-cards according to application requirements, such as ADC sub-cards, DAC sub-cards, and optical fiber sub-cards. At the same time, it supports Windows and Linux host computer drivers.
