2.2 Hardware Features

Standard FMC daughter card, size is 69mmx 76.5mm, mounting holes are2.7mm
There are 5 SMA connectors and 1 FMC/HPC interface on the board
1 channel 1 GSPS analog-to-digital conversion, ADC uses TI's ADS5400, 12-bit single-channel 1Gsampling rate
2-channel 2.5GSPS digital-to-analog conversion, DAC uses ADI's AD9739, 14-bit 2.5GRF digital-to-analog converter
Optional local clock and external clock
local clock source uses a temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with low aging rate and high stability.
The clock management chip uses AD9516, 5-channel LVPEL clock output
Support external trigger
Support 1-channel AD synchronous acquisition and synchronous reset
ADC chip ADS5400 uses single bus mode, with a total of 14 pairs of LVDS outputs
The analog signal input adopts Balun AC coupling, single-ended input, input impedance 50Ω, input frequency range 300MHz~2.1GHz
Analog signal input voltage range 750mVpp~1Vpp
The DAC chip AD9739 uses a single bus mode with a total of 14 pairs of LVDS inputs
The analog signal output is current output, using Balun coupling, and the output current range is 8.66mA~31.66mA
LVDS interface, convenient for interconnection with FPGA/ASIC
The board is powered by +12V, and the power consumption of the whole board is less than 6W
2.3 Software Features

Support multiple acquisition modes
Support software trigger and external trigger
Support AD backend algorithm processing
decoupling of the ADC chip power supply are critical
2.4 FMC and HPC interface design

pairs of output LVDS signals from an ADS5400 are connected to the HA differential pins of the FMC. The reset LVDS signal of an ADS5400 is connected to the HA pin with CC of the FMC.
One AD9739 has 14 pairs of input LVDS signals, which are connected to the LA differential pair pins of the FMC.
The SPI interface signals of the four chips are all connected to the HA pin of the FMC.

3. Technical support:
Technical support is provided directly by the board development team, which can modify the schematic and PCB according to user needs and upgrade to image acquisition card, data broadcast card and other development platforms. The team can also support application development.
