1. Board overview
The board is a four-channel 250M frequency acquisition card, which can realize the conversion of four-channel high-speed analog data to the PCI-E bus. There are two high-performance AD chips (ADS42LB69) with 250M sampling frequency on board, the data output mode is LVDS (DDR) parallel mode, this backplane provides X8 PCI-E interface, the interface protocol adopts PCI-E2.0, and the maximum transmission rate can be 3GB/s.
This board can be widely used in signal acquisition, glitch detection, pulse detection and other fields in the field of radar and communication.

3. Software Functions

The board provides supporting storage management software. AD data acquisition and storage software is a set of application software developed based on the computer PCI-E bus, the main purpose is to realize the data of the PCI-E data acquisition card, through the PCI-E bus storage to the memory, must ensure that the data is stored through the PCI-E bus without losing data. Around this main function, expand other accessibility functions. With this software, it is possible to store high-speed data, and the speed of data storage is greatly related to the performance of the computer and the performance of the memory (currently mainly SSD). It mainly depends on the following parameters: the main frequency of the CPU, the channel bandwidth of the memory, the bandwidth of the PCI-E bus, and the bandwidth of the high-speed SSD.
In general, the performance of this software is combined with the performance of the computer, which is mainly divided into three levels of performance: general speed storage products, 4GB/s; Medium-speed storage products, 8GB/s; Ultra-fast storage products are more than 10GB/s. The functions of this software mainly include: 4-channel data real-time storage, real-time acquisition and extraction display, and data playback and other functions.
